  • 4 – Significant pain: This regularly causes frustration, delays, or extra work.
  • 5 – Critical pain: This is broken or a major headache, and you’d love a better solution.

We use these ratings to prioritize where new tools or automations could create the most value for you. There are no “right” answers—honest, off‑the‑cuff responses are most helpful.
